Temporary placements are perfect for seasonal peaks and short or long-term projects. The employee is on Paramount’s payroll, so we assume all taxes and worker’s compensation. We’ll bill you weekly for the employee’s hours and we’ll cut the check. It’s that simple.
Temp-to-Perm hires stay on Paramount’s payroll while you observe and assess the candidates skills. Once you decide they’re a good fit, they’ll be transferred over to your company’s payroll with no additional placement fees.
