After graduating from the University of South Carolina and immediately taking a job at a staffing agency, Kimberly Lusink quickly realized her future within the industry. Armed with 5 years’ experience and a desire to bring relationships to the forefront of the staffing industry, Kimberly founded Paramount in 1998. Now 21 years later, she considers her greatest accomplishments to be the countless lives that have been changed through the company’s influence. Committed to a healthy environment inside and outside the work place, she stays active through sports with her three sons. Relationships continue to be of Paramount importance to Kimberly and, after 26 year in the industry, she relishes the fact that she still loves coming to work.
Passionate about sales since the day she graduated from FSU, Jessie Gordan came into recruiting by happenstance and was hooked immediately. Joining Paramount as a Corporate & Legal Recruiter in 2012, she strengthened her skills and grew a strong knack for leadership. In her current role as Managing Director, she utilizes her 10 years of industry knowledge to drive the bottom line while growing and supporting Paramount’s entire team. Jessie’s passionate, hands-on approach to leadership inspires her teams to do their best work and regard their positions with pride.
Dorina started working at Paramount in 1998, and brought with her several years of experience as a paralegal. This legal expertise, coupled with her competitive spirit, allowed her to quickly and successfully place legal secretaries, paralegals and general legal staff with law firms and corporations throughout the Southeast. Dorina takes pride in finding the perfect fit for both the client and the candidate - before anyone else can! She does this by understanding client and candidate needs, and establishing and maintaining the relationships that lead to her reputation of outstanding performance.
Elane offers 15+ years of recruiting experience in the corporate industry. Shortly after graduating from The University of Georgia, she joined the team at Paramount. She has a talent for assisting clients with a variety of positions, including financial professionals, administrative and clerical support, and customer service representatives. Elane loves finding top talent for her clients and assisting her candidates in achieving their dream jobs! The competitiveness she brings to the office comes from several years on the soccer field. But these days, you can find her on the sidelines cheering on her kids!
Lakeshia Kimes joined Paramount as a Medical Recruiter in 2014 after 9 years of working in direct patient care as a Registered Medical Assistant. She received her Certified Health Coach Certification from Mercer University and studied to become a Healthcare Practice Manager before accepting a Medical Recruiting Coordinator role at Paramount. She was quickly promoted to a full desk recruiter within her first 8 months. Lakeshia’s knowledge of everyday functions of the medical office enables her to successfully match top talent to the needs of the physician practice.
Kim Johnson is a passionate staffing professional with over 25 years of experience in high volume recruiting, on-site project management and account management. As a Business Development Manager, Kim utilizes her extensive knowledge of the industry to forge lasting partnerships with Paramount’s valued clients. Kim finds joy in working closely with clients, adapting to their needs, and finding the perfect fit for growing teams. Carrying that team mentality outside of the office, Kim enjoys spending time with her family and cheering on her children at various sporting events.
A graduate of Georgia Southern University with a B.A. in English and a former freelance writer and copy editor, Marnite brings an attention to detail that assists candidates with preparing strong resumes. She also worked as an International Service Specialist and Patient Care Coordinator within a large healthcare organization in Atlanta for 5 years prior to joining Paramount as a dynamic Medical Recruiter in 2016. She is adept at helping candidates enhance their interviewing skills and enjoys connecting with her clients in order to understand their unique culture and needs of their individual practices.
Sarah joined Paramount’s team in 2017 as a Corporate Recruiter. She has quickly developed the accounting and finance division and focuses on roles from entry level operations to executive level placements. In Sarah’s eyes recruiting isn’t “work”, she’s a career matchmaker. She gets to help people improve their lives by finding the right company to work for and vice versa. In her free time she enjoys teaching her mini me daughter how to be a strong independent woman!
Megan Culberson joined Paramount Staffing in 2018 as a Full Desk Recruiter. She quickly developed the Corporate Sales division and has successfully staffed clients’ sales teams from entry level to senior level roles. She has a passion for the industry and a natural competitiveness and drive that her clients can rely on. With her transition to a Business Development Manager role, she is now responsible for training new recruiters, building a rockstar team, and growing her book of business. In her spare time she enjoys traveling, running, eating, and practicing yoga.
Julianne began her love affair with Paramount in the summer of 2018 when she took on a role in the Legal Recruiting division. Interested in the industry, but with a passion for creativity and an eye for detail, Julianne made a swift transition to become Paramount’s Marketing Specialist and didn’t look back. Eager to drive the company image forward, Julianne spearheaded Paramount’s rebranding efforts and helped secure two prestigious awards: Best of Staffing and Great Place to Work. With a new challenging adventure every day, Julianne keeps calm with a daily yoga practice and snuggling her muted calico, A.T.Ella.
Caroline Maner first joined Paramount in 2017. Always cheerful and focused, Caroline quickly climbed the ranks and earned two promotions in one year. Now, as the Accounting & Payroll Manager, Caroline values a hard work ethic and is constantly looking for ways to streamline Paramount’s accounting division even further. On any given weekend, you can find her spending time with her loved ones or strengthening her yoga practice.
Hannah originally started her journey with Paramount as a candidate in a temporary customer service position. Receiving sterling reviews from the client, Hannah was offered the opportunity to join Paramount’s internal team full-time in May 2018 as the Front Office Coordinator. Her knack for organization and detail quickly earned her a promotion within a year to Payroll Assistant where she currently takes pride in effectively managing Paramount’s payroll and building candidate and client relations through all things finance. When she’s not at work, Hannah enjoys spending time with her family, friends and her Miniature Dachshund, Bear.
Lindsay joined Paramount’s team in 2018, bringing 8 years of industry experience along with her. Her background in Marketing has allowed her to explore a more creative approach in gaining new market share and cultivating strong relationships. Those close to Lindsay would say she has never met a stranger, and she agrees. Lindsay thrives on expanding her network and attributes most of her success to doing just that. In her spare time you can find Lindsay and her husband pulling their daughter around in her little red wagon.
Joining Paramount shortly after receiving a B.S. in Business Management, Javen always knew he wanted to work in recruiting. Interested in helping people achieve new heights in their careers, he hit the ground running as a recruiter at Paramount in early 2019 and had four starts within his first month and a half. When recruiting for sales positions that range from entry to executive level, he finds inspiration to fuel his work ethic in the successes of his clients and candidates. Keeping up his high energy outside of work, Javen enjoys riding both motorcycles and horses and sharpening his blacksmith skills in knife making.
Earning a degree in Mass Communications from the University of West Georgia, Victoria brought her skills in public relations to Paramount in early 2019. Originally a candidate, she couldn’t deny her interest in the recruiting industry and soon accepted a Corporate Recruiter position at Paramount. Victoria finds the perfect talent for sales roles by connecting with candidates and sharing their excitement. In her spare time outside of work she enjoys spending time with her pit bull, Lucy, and going to events in the Atlanta area.
An International Affairs graduate from Kennesaw State University, Melissa’s unique work journey includes refugee resettlement and an 8-month stay in Oman. Back in the States as Paramount’s Front Desk Coordinator, Melissa channels her passion for connecting and helping others into her work every day, ensuring candidates and clients feel welcomed and at ease. Melissa continues to grow her cultural experience outside work by learning foreign languages. She currently speaks three and her fourth, Korean, is just around the corner!
When Tia joined Paramount in 2019 she brought 4 years of industry experience and an incredible amount of positivity and desire to help others succeed. Her Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management comes in handy every day as she interacts with a multitude of candidates as Paramount’s Staffing Coordinator. A dedicated problem solver, Tia enjoys the challenge the staffing industry provides and is always looking for ways to minimize issues and maximize time. A lover of knowledge and continuing education, Tia enjoys researching a variety of industries and utilizing her commute to learn through audiobooks.
Taylor brought his sales experience to Paramount in early 2019 after beginning his career with tech giants Apple and Tesla. Eager to expand his reach beyond technology, Taylor accepted a recruiting role in Paramount’s Corporate Sales division, allowing him to merge his background in tech with the ever-growing needs of the sales force. He quickly realized his passion for aligning talented professionals with compelling opportunities, and truly enjoys taking the time to dig deep with his candidates. In his free time, Taylor enjoys traveling to new countries, film photography, and a strong cup of coffee.
A Lanier Tech student earning her degree in Business Management, Christina joined Paramount’s team in 2019 as the right-hand woman to the legal recruiting team. Assisting in scheduling interviews, testing and ad management, Christina loves learning about the industry from some of Paramount’s most senior recruiters. Excited to have found a job that doesn’t feel like “work”, she enjoys the promising opportunities that Paramount provides. In between her studies and schedule keeping, you can find Christina loving on her new Hound puppy, Remington, and taking any chance she can get to swim in the nearest Georgia lake!
